Once enrolled (either individually or added by a school), students log in to their dashboard using their registered WhatsApp number via an automated OTP. All study modules, HTML interactive lessons, scheduled zoom classes, and exam attempts are accessible under their student dashboard.

Yes! All online transactions on V-MAT UK are securely processed in British Pounds (£ GBP) via Razorpay, which is certified PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant. We employ standard 256-bit SSL encryption to safely route your UK debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We never store or handle raw card details on our servers.

In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, we offer a statutory 14-day cancellation window. In addition, our 14-day Satisfaction Guarantee allows a full refund for online courses if less than 20% of the lessons have been completed. For physical workbooks and learning kits, items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Approved refunds are credited back to your original UK payment card within 3 to 5 business days.

Physical books, worksheets, and curriculum kits are dispatched from our UK fulfillment center within 1–2 business days. Delivery across England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland via Royal Mail Tracked takes approximately 2 to 4 business days.
